DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Domestic shipping is charged at a standard rate for all orders under $150.00 and we use eParcel for all Australian deliveries.
What is your shipping method?
Your order will be shipped from Sydney, Australia. Orders are sent via Australia Post using a Standard post service. Standard shipping is complimentary for all orders over $150.00 AUD.
When are orders dispatched?
Orders placed before 12pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm Monday-Friday and on weekends and public holidays, will be dispatched the following business day. On dispatch of your order, you will be provided with a tracking number to allow you to track your delivery. Please note that we cannot take any responsibility for the delay in parcel delivery due to circumstances affecting the postage companies. For delivery within NSW, please allow 2-3 business days for your delivery to arrive. For interstate deliveries, please see below estimated delivery times via E-Parcel:

Safe Drop
Your order will be left in a safe place at your address as determined by our delivery drivers. Please ensure our delivery drivers have safe access to your property. We cannot take responsibility for damaged packages or goods caused by pets once your order has been delivered.
Can I track my order?
You sure can! As soon as your order is packed and ready to go you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Keep in mind for some delivery services your tracking can take up to 7 hours to reflect your parcel's journey so don’t stress if you can’t see any movement straight away.
Can I change my delivery address?
Unfortunately, no. Once you place your order, it is automatically inputted into our system so updates are not possible. Please take as much care as possible when entering your address.
What if my delivery is delayed or lost?
If you feel as though your parcel has taken longer than you thought to arrive, or if you believe it is lost/missing, please contact us. Our team will do its best to get in touch with the courier company to investigate the situation. In some instances, it may be easier for you to get in touch with the courier company if you know the tracking details. However, our goal will be to ensure you receive the items you paid for.
Can I Have My Order Delivered to a Different Address from my billing address?
Yes. Simply add an additional billing address during checkout.
