Refund policy

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Purchases made on the Gatorade Hardware Australia e-commerce site (www.shopgatorade.com.au) may be returned by the customer for any reason within 30 days of shipment if unused and in new condition with all original components and tags still intact. Gatorade Australia does not cover return shipping costs or services. All returns must be accompanied by the below information. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment within 5 business days from receipt.

Please include:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Gatorade hardware order #
  • Email address
  • A note indicating the product you are returning and the reason for your return

EXCHANGES

To exchange an order, please return your original item (see “Returns”) and then place a new online order for a replacement item. By placing a new order immediately, your new product will arrive much faster.

Alternatively, you may wait until after your refund is processed (i.e., when your return product is received by our team) to place an exchange order.
